Inspiration comes in unexpected ways and forms

A long time between postings, but here I am....inspired by this:  www.greatpoetrymhf.wordpress.com
I can say I had a hard winter healthwise, or that I have been so busy with helping others with their genealogy, or, now that I'm feeling better I'm gettin getting out more, and they would all be right reasons for not keeping up with this blog.  If you are reading this, thank you, dear reader (Stephen King quote) for your loyalty.  Now I'm going to pick up my iPad and play Scrabble online with my friends.  Life is really, really good - especially the days when someone inspires me.

What a great experience!!  I have given many classes as an English professor and presentations in genealogical research and social media, and this was one of the most fulfilling ones.  It was the participation of the audience - asking questions as we went along and wanting to know things that I had not put into the presentation - that kept me on my toes and helped me engage, not only with the audience, but with my own presentation.
