Episode 1 IT ALL STARTED

It all started with a long distance phone call. (Don’t all good stories begin that way?)  It was from Toronto Adoption Registry where I had put my name in to look for my birth parents AND my son.  I had a brother who was looking for me.  Our mother’s name was so-and-so and he was born in December of 1948.  Huh?????  Impossible.  I was born in April of that same year!!!! I was put on hold and then told we shared the same father, but had different mothers.  I agreed to giving my information to my brother, whose name turned out to be Bill.  A couple of days later I got another phone call.
